Guidelines
ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE RECEIVED ONE WEEK PRIOR TO STATED DEADLINES
ENGAGEMENT
ANNOUNCEMENTS must be received for publication no more than
6 months in advance OR no less than 2 weeks before the wedding
date.
WEDDING ANNOUNCEMENTS must be received for publication within
3 MONTHS from the wedding date in order for the full account
to be printed. AFTER 3 MONTHS, a short version of the wedding
will be printed (UP TO 6 MONTHS) including only the following
information: names of bride and groom, parents, grandparents
and attendants; date and place of wedding, educational/employment
information.
The picture will be sized at the discretion of The Gazette-Virginian.
AFTER 6 MONTHS, the wedding announcement will have to be pre-paid
for insertion.
Color or black & white prints may be submitted for black
& white publication.

Board Guidelines
All
events for publication in The Gazette-Virginian Bulletin Board
must be submitted no later than noon on Friday for Monday’s
edition.
All church related events will be printed on our Church Page
on Friday.
Church Calendar
Guidelines
All
events for publication in The Gazette-Virginian Church Calendar
should be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday for
Friday's edition.
