Other Information: Copy must be submitted by 2 p.m. Friday and 2 p.m. Tuesday & Thursday to ensure classification in the following issue. Cancellations must be made before this deadline. Cards of thanks (excluding after death with special copy requirements), memorials, anniversaries and birthday ads, notices and resolutions of respect must be prepaid.
GENERAL RATE POLICY
·Advertising charges are paid in advance of publication until credit is established. Charges to an account are due and payable on 15th of the month following. A 2% finance charge will be added to balances over 30 days old. This an annual percentage (APR) of 24%. Minimum finance charge is $1.00.
·Publisher's Liability For Error: The publisher shall not be liable for slight changes or typographical errors that do not lessen the value of an advertisement. The publisher assumes no liability for ads proofed by the advertiser prior to publication. The publisher's liability for errors is strictly limited to the publication of the advertisement or a printed correction in any subsequent issue. The publisher assumes no liability for errors after the first publication.
