Carl Wayne Anderson of Greensboro, N.C. and formerly of Nathalie died Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. He was born in Halifax County October 17, 1945, and was 64 years of age.

Banie Thorpe Farrar, age 86, of Red Oak, passed away July 23, 2010.

Virginia “Jenny” Waltman Hackney of 1064 Seven Oaks Drive, South Boston died July 26, 2010 at her home. She was born in Indianapolis, Ind. the daughter of Charles Waltman and Virginia Waltman Loftis and was married to the late Aaron Marvin Hackney.
